After two days of hard core Knitting, I’ve done it, I’ve knitted myself a pair of purple leg warmers.     Thanks to Chris for A) teaching me to knitt, and B) creating the fastening mechanism out of fabulous silver yarn.

 Seriously,

 If anybody wants some leg warmers let me know, I’ll make them for you.    So AWESOME!   I’m so wearing them to work tomorrow with my hooters shirt and BEBE hat.  


New Recipe

 I call this dish Oh My Gosh I just bench pressed 200 lbs.

 In continuing my training towards the completion of my 6th Marathon, I’m also trying to cut some fat and lbs in order to have less to carry over the finish line.    I’m down 26 lbs now since November.  Woohoo.   Anyhow tonight in order to celebrate having bench pressed 200 lbs for my very first time ever I decided to treat myself.  

 I’ve created this dish using

1 can spinach

1 can ragu cheese

a head of cauliflower

mushrooms

A couple pieces of bacon

some “Slap Your Mama” hot sauce that I bought in Jefferson Texas last summer while visiting big mama.   So hot you’ll slap your mama!

Anyhow it was really nasty, I’ll never do that again, but I’m happy to say this has next to no carbs and offers many essential vitamins minerals and a whopping 30 grams of protein per serving.
