Way too much coffee!

Being a holiday week, I’ve been very busy and not going to the gym.   I have not been to work out since last Sunday.   Alas that will be changing today.    Judy Judy and I are heading in today after work, which we are hoping will be an early day, being the Friday before a holiday weekend and all.   Not sure since we have a launch still today.

I went out with Scott last night and had way way way too many coffee drinks too late at night, I wasn’t able to sleep.   I had a really good time though!

 For yesterday:

Breakfast: Skipped it

Lunch: Chicken Wrap

Dinner:2 Turkey Sandwiches with a diet soda

Workout:  Nothing 

For today I still have not eaten anything.    Tonight I plan on working Bi’s and Back.   I’ll update again tomorrow


Somebody’s getting fired!

Parez Hilton posted some hate mail he got today, and included the email address of the person.   She appeared to have written it from work.    She must have gotten hundreds of emails in response.   Some people said they even emailed all her coworkers.   I’m very upset by this email myself, but seriously she was proabably super drunk when she sent this and now I bet she get’s fired.    Suck to be her I guess.

It took me a little bit to figure out getting twitter on wordpress.com.    It’s actually not as hard as it looks, just add in the RSS 1 widget on your blog, and add in your twitter rss feed address.   Easy as pie!


LA Marathon here I come

The point of this blogy blog is to monitor my nutrition and training progress as I approach the marathon, so my trainer can take a quick look at where I’m at and see what I’ve been doing also as a training journal for myself.   This information is private but I figure who the hell’s going to read this crap anyways.

 P.s. I hate America Ferarra, she just annoys me.

 Diet for today:

Breakfast: Skipped it

Lunch: Sweet Sour chicken, 1 egg roll, and rice

Snack: Some evil woman left a huge bag of M&M’s in the break room and I ate way way way too many, I don’t want to admit how man. 

Dinner: I had a small Pho Soup, and two spring rolls

 Training:

I last worked my Chest and Tri’s Sunday as well as doing a 10 mile run.    The 10 mile run took me 2 hours 40 min.   Not very fast yet, it will come.
